    That is exciting, Elizabeth, Relax and enjoy! Do you have a ruler base on your Jewel? If so, use rolled up pieces of painter's tape to help hold your ruler and slow and steady wins the race with rulers. Judylee

    hi Beth, Can you use water soluable stablizer over it and thread paint your crab, then spritz with water to dissolve the stabilizer? Judylee

    Hi Elizabeth, I order my thread on line from Superior Threads. I like King Tut and YLI. Since I have to order a minimum order to get it wholesale, I generally order varigated nuetrals and a couple of brights. I quilt for others so I have a pretty goog selection. I find that I like a little heavier thread...

    Oh Elizabeth, Your runners should be a continuous track. You can order them from Grace Pinnacle.com , they are 10 feet long and you cut them to fit. The price of my last set was 18.95 per track. They really have to be one piece or that bump will kill every pattern you try to do. I have replaced my already...

    Hi Elizabeth, A pounce pattern is a guide, I never hit it perfectly, thank God the chalk wipes off. LOL! You have the Pinnacle frame, right? You should have one long strip of plastic runner on the front and back of your frame. Is it in multiple pieces? Did you make sure that the wheels of the carriage...

    Hi Vivian, Sometimes when the thread shreds on you, your needle may not be in the 6-6.5 position. I put a straight pin in the eye of the needle gently to adjust the position, thinking like a clock dial, a little past 6 works great for me with a size 18 needle. Hope this help, Judylee
