  • Thrifty way for Fusing fabrics for my GO cutter appliques

    I fuse my cotton fabrics for cutting GO shaped appliques before running the fabrics through my GO. I always tear off a big piece of waxed paper to protect my ironing surface from the edges of the fusible material and put it under the edges of my fabrics so no sticky residue gets on my ironing board....

    I usually snip my threads when I am pressing so my ironing board tends to collect thread ends. I use a refillable lint roller to collect the threads and any tiny little fabric pieces from my ironing board. Just a few swipes of the lint roller and my ironing board is nice and spiffy!
