    When I first started quilting I prewashed too...but not anymore! I found that its easier to cut, piece and quilt fabric before its washed. After I finish the quilt, I was it.     Richard - 7500 yards of fabric? That's unbelievable. Perhaps you should just open your own quilt shop. Post some photos of all that fabric and starting selling! Good luck on your sewing room "re-org"! Kim
