I have been given a large supply of fabric scraps - many are very small pieces. I would like to use these in a scrappy quilt but but I'm not sure whether they have been pre-washed. I hate to think of the ravelly mess I would end up with if I had to wash all the pieces first. I would think the quilting...

I'm still fairly new at all of this. The patterns I've made so far have either been from a book or class and those had the fabric requirements and color suggestions. My local shop is having their year end blow out sale tomorrow and Saturday and I'm thinking about picking up some fabric. I...

I have been quilting for 2 years and have accumulated lots of little left over pieces of fabric. What is an easy way to store them so I can easily find pieces to use in new quilts. Should they be stored by color? Should they be stored by the type of fabric? How do you store your stash? Sharon
