I need help with my membership. My account has an expiration of Jan. 31, 2012 , but I don't remember renewing. I left a post in early Sept. with no response. I would like to have this clarified. I also need a new membership card. I have not had one since I first joined. Thank you.

I also have yet to receive my new card. I mailed my renewal 2 months ago now and when I called in early September they said it usually takes 6 weeks. We're now into week 9 and still no info!

The e newsletter site states my membership has expired, but it has not and will not until after Spring of 2011. I received a letter indicating I could renerwal my membership which I did. The previous membership ended 8/2010 but instead of adding one year to this end date my new end date is 5/2011. So I lost 95 days of my membership. Why is this happening. Sandra Premer
