I need help with my membership. My account has an expiration of Jan. 31, 2012 , but I don't remember renewing. I left a post in early Sept. with no response. I would like to have this clarified. I also need a new membership card. I have not had one since I first joined. Thank you.

I also have yet to receive my new card. I mailed my renewal 2 months ago now and when I called in early September they said it usually takes 6 weeks. We're now into week 9 and still no info!
