I renewed my membership 1/29/2010 - keep getting notices in the mail saying i need to renew this is last issue - when i check my account it shows STILL PROCESSING. How long does it take to process?

I am trying to sign up, but when I get to the address page, the only thing on it is the check box for a different address for shipping. When I click on it (I do have a different mailing address), I get an error message that the page cannot be found. So I tried not checking on it and it won't go any...
