My membership debited 3 TIMES to my Visa A/c!

I joined online a few days ago for a digital subscription.However, I kept getting an automated message saying my payment was not accepted and my account wouldn't be debited. I tried three times with the same result. In turn I got 3 emails from QCA membership centre advising I would not be debited...

Membership Renewal and new Membership card

I need help with my membership. My account has an expiration of Jan. 31, 2012 , but I don't remember renewing. I left a post in early Sept. with no response. I would like to have this clarified. I also need a new membership card. I have not had one since I first joined. Thank you.
