    Michelle, I am also interested in FWs. Just recently scored a white one on Ebay, and just love it, really nice one! All it needed was a tangle of thread removed from the bobbin area, and oiled up and off it goes! But then I tried to get one for my friend, and it arrived in damaged condition, not packed...

    I want to say thank you to all the wonderful comments about my blocks. Once you have a few blocks done you will find it really cool to be able to lay the blocks that are all so different together and have them look so neat. Pretty soon mine will be bigger than my design wall and I will have to drag out...

    I almost didn't get any quilting done today, but when I sat in my chair this evening I picked up my applique project. It's a kitty block. I didn't post yesterday, but I did finish four blocks for my Farmer's Wife Sampler. .
