i had a hard time with this one.   i use several of these methods interchangeably, depending on whether i am hand quilting, if they are small,  if i have spray in the can,  if i can locate the big needles.     there isn't one good answer and once i clicked i couldn't unclick.  i wouldn't voted if my finger hadn't  gotten twitchy.   gini

Gini:  So sorry your clicker got itchy!

Looking at the pictures of your projects, it seems that you have used a needle and thread on most of them.  I admire your ability to do that.  How do you keep things from shifting?  Do you spray baste first, if there is spray in the can that is?  LOL

patty, i lay them over a three foot wide table and the weight of the fabric keeps them taut enough to baste.
