Membership Renewal and new Membership card

I need help with my membership.  My account has an expiration of Jan. 31, 2012, but I don't remember renewing.  I left a post in early Sept. with no response.  I would like to have this clarified.  I also need a new membership card.  I have not had one since I first joined.  Thank you.

Peg and I will need to review your order there is something a bit odd on it.   I will let you know what we find and send you a card thru January 2011 for now.
