Need an updated membership card

I applied online for the new JoAnn discount card, but will not be able to use it until I  receive an updated QCA membership card.  Obviously, i am not the only one who has this problem -- the previous poster requested the same thing.  Please take care of this for us. Thank you.

You can download a QCA temporary membership card to use with your Jo-Ann's card. click here.

To order a new card, please contact customer service directly so they can confirm your account and figure out why you have not received an updated card. Here is the email address:
