How long does it take to process and send a renewal card. This is my 3rd year as a member and I renewed in June although my membership goes through August. My check has cleared and my account shows that I am active. I sent for and received my Jo-Ann's vip card but I still don't have my welcome kit or membership card. I did find your temporary membership card and down-loaded it. This is the 2nd year that I have had this happen. I would like to know if the kit and magazine are going to be sent out soon. I am tired of waiting!
