Could not enter the QNNtv. Statement was that my membership has expired. I checked my account and it said  that my mebership to QCA is active until September 2010. I have 163 days left. I assume that my membership to QNNtv should also be current. Please help me with that problem. Thank You.

joyce, directly above here on this page is a green bar,   on the far right is a heading    report issue here,  click there and tell them your problem.      there is also a toll free number at the bottom of htis page you  can call with your problems.   hope you get it figured out soon    gini

Joyce, Call customer service and have them help you!  They will have it straightened out in no time.
