Ok I am having some trouble with some of the Acronyms.

D in front of a letter is Dear. Right like DH is Dear Husband

What is LUS, BOM and any others that y'all thread quilters are using.  Every time I see the BOM my head see's BM and I start cracking up.

I checked the Quilter's dictionary didn't see any acronyms though.

Donna,

On your home page under your profile there is a red bar and it shows "have questions?".  Click on that and then scroll down until you find "OMG! ROFLOL! What does it all mean?? (A Quilter's Guide to Acronyms)".  It has a lot of the acronyms.  I stumbled across it one day!!

LUS = Loyal Union Sampler. It's a Civil War era quilt pattern from Jennifer Chiaverini. There's a Group for it on this site.

Thanks Carol cause that one is not on the list & I had no idea what that was. And I should have figured BOM was Block of the Month. Sometimes my brain doesn't fire right.
