I am a member of Quilting Club of America.  When I download a Free Pattern, It comes as encrypted.  May Adobe Reader is 11.0.06. What can I do to correct it?

Hi shari10345 – It's likely a security feature in your PDF viewer software. Here's a possible solution I'd recommend: http://www.a-pdf.com/faq/how-to-remove-pdf-encryption.htm. Please let me know if this helps the issue.

My problem has been solved.  I used google chrome as my browser instead of Internet Exporer.
