I requested a new password or at least access to get a temporary password on Feb11th. I have checked daily to follow up. Other than 2 "canned" auto responses, I have not gotten any help. As I have stated before the words customer and service should never be used together on this site.
How long should tjis take? Every other even more secure sites have a method to get a password or auto procedure. My bank works easier.
i needed a complete new drive with my computer. I can use my iPad to get onto the site but cannot change my password without my previous one!
If QCA can't even manage this, how does anyone ever get help?
The ottom line, Judi, is that many of us do not get help. I don't think admin will even look at this if it isn't under the right heading. You can click on forum subscriptions on the right, then scroll down to, report website issues here. You'll have a better chance there

I also posted on the web issues site. I am just about fed up.
A lot of us have moved to another site that is more welcoming and that works. Quilting around the world, until this site is functional again.
Are you talking about your profile password if so just go in and change it from your home screen. Hope this helps.
