I made a flannel quilt and I am backing it with minke fabric. I'm not sure what to use for a batting if anything at all. Any Ideas?
It certainly depends upon what kind of climate the quilt will be used. If you're in (or the quilt will be used in) cold country, then you can use a cotton batting, or just another layer or two of flannel. If you're in a warm climate most of the year, no batting is necessary.
Flannel plus minke? I'm not sure you need to add batting for any climate unless you like a really heavy quilt (and some people do!)

I have used a thin cotton batting with flannel and minke. But it isn't necessary to use any batting.
