No membership package, no card, can't log in

Several people are having the same problem please respond. Please help. I paid months ago I have not received a  membership package, a JoAnn's card and I can not log into the site.

Try posting on facebook club page. You may get a response that way.

Thanks Susan! I posted on FB. I see that the "paid in MARCH" person got a response...hopefully I will too!
