Karla:
Not sure if I'm getting a cold and an allergic reaction to the sage in bloom.  I now have a cough and a runny nose and stopped up head.  It all appears to be in my head...stupid drainage down the throat causing the coughing.

Karla, the sage bloom hit us about two weeks ago.  Thankfully it's about at its end now!

Ok! Enough already! Between Nancy's pesto and Sam's soup I am hungry! Got Pork and apples in the oven, and made sage and garlic gnocchi. Think I'll fry some cabbage  and we'll all eat high on the hog tonight. Too bad I didn't think to make some nice whole wheat nut rolls to go with it... :[

Sounds like a delicious meal for a cool, fall evening!

I have a whole field of it right behind the house...this is the one time that I'm not fond of all that open space.

Found it!  Thanks!  I'm going to make some this weekend when the cold, wet weather moves in.
