Patti, very pretty and love the fabrics you chose.
Patti: I finished a bag I started last Sunday.
Patti, I think I bought this same pattern at NeedlynTime. I didn't know you could do it in the "bag lady" class. Hmmm I'll have to look into that. It might make me get myself in gear and get to it...LOL!
Patti, I really like it! You did a great job and the fabric worked out lovely.
What a handy bag, Patti! I wish there was a class like that around here! Do you want to teach the class in Oregon?

Agnes:Thanks, Patti. Did you catch both? I am keeping the small one. The larger one is for my grandson.
Now I have seen both. Such very special quilts.
Very pretty bag. It will perfect for those carry along projects.

It'll have to be Sunday- DH has the camera out trying to get PIX ofthe Perseid meteor showers (good luck with that, eh?)

I have not been on here much this week, but I did get my curtains made yesterday. I refused to go to bed until they were done. The store shorted me on one bolt, but this turned out to be a blessing. My home finally looks warm and inviting. I will try to post pictures at a later time. Now I can get back to my quilting projects.
Great bag Patti
I managed to get another row's worth of blocks made for one quilt, although I didn't get them put on the quilt yet...maybe tomorrow.
I did do a little work on DGDs summer quilt. I put borders on 3 sides and will finish tomorrow. She's ready for a big girls bed now so this is her first full size quilt in her room colors, pinks and greens.
Yesterday I just had time to quilt a bit onmy quilt. I finished the painting in my bathroom and will now proceed to put everything where it goes. I know I still have to paint our bedroom but it will be a while as getting stuff out will require lots of work. And since school starts in two weeks... I want to sew and care for my gardens more than paint. There I said it!
