I have been trying since May 2013 to renew my premium membership. The website will not accept my credit card as I am in Canada. I have sent a message to email@example.com in June and it is still an open request. I have tried to phone and have let the phone ring continuously for over 1 hour with no answer many times!
I have been having the same problem trying to renew my membership, but I can't even log in. The only way I am here now is because I started a new account. I am really disappointed in customer service and their lack of service
