Hello All --
I sent an email to Kristin's DH with a photo of the quilt top, and guess what, I got an email back from Kristin. She came home from the hospital yesterday. Here's from her email.....so glad to hear from her.
"Hi Carolyn and Jackie --
Jacy you are doing a wonderful job. These blocks are beautiful. Can't wait to see it all.
Hey Kristin, you must have been posting the same time as me. Great to hear from you
It is so very good to hear from you. I am glad that you are home and well on your way to recovery. There are continued prayers that the device will work for you when it is turned on. You have definitely been thru more in the last month than any one person should have to deal with. God bless you and keep you.
Welcome home Kristin - I am so glad to see you on here. It sounds like you are recovering pretty well. I'm so sorry to hear about your father. You take care and get better.

Kristin, I'm so glad you are home and recovering from your month long ordeal. The tribute to your dad is quite moving. He certainly will be there when your time comes to leave this earthly shell of a body. I surely hope and pray that your healing continues and the devices that are implanted will work according to plan. Sending hugs and blessings.
it's good to hear you're home and doing well. I will continue to pray for you and hope the new stimulator works for you.
The letter for your dad is beautiful. Thank you for sharing that with us.

Kristin so glad to hear you are back home. Hospitals are okay to visit, but I don't like to have to live there.
Kristin, what a beautiful letter to your dad, he is surely smiling down on you. I'm so glad you are home in your own comfort zone where your recovery will occur more swiftly surrounded by loved ones. May God continue to bless you. (((((HUGS)))))
Kristin you made my day! Hearing from you just made me smile from the inside out. Now prayers will continue until everything works the way it should. Enjoy being home and relax. Time is your friend now. As soon as all this swelling is down you will find out all you can do. As for the quilt blocks, know that there is much love, prayers and positive vibes through each and every block. With Jacy's quilting talent, it will be amazing. A big love wrap!
