I sent an email on the 24th of June asking why I couldn't find "My Account" under the Premium Membership Benefits and got the standard reply of "we'll get back to you as soon as possible". That was 9 days ago and I haven't had a response yet from anyone. I had to find the answer on this forum page. Fortunately, I was able to follow the instructions on how to change the font size and that solved the problem. I use Google Chrome so it's not just an Internet Explorer thing.
