Those of you (Gini, Jacy etc) who live near Spokane might be interested in this.It says there are over 3,000 bolts of fabric, 5,000 flats and 25,000 one yard pieces, all going for $2 a yard. Plus rulers, notions, yarns, etc etc. It's at the Spokane fairgrounds this Thursday, Friday and Saturday.  They also have vintage fabrics as well as quilters cotton. . I'm actually glad I live over 350 miles away so I'm not tempted! Bet it will be a zoo.

Oh, you're right Gini. I knew it was the 13-16 but must have projected myself a week ahead. Bit too far for a days drive I'm afraid.

Gini, I don't hardly need any more fabric, but I have some cash burning a hole in my pocket.

I think it said Thursday at one.    I Have one caveat,   Our youngest daughter is due with her first baby on the tenth,  and we will be in Seattle for a few days when baby decides it is time.

This is very tempting.  But I will resist!  Besides, my daughter is coming home that weekend.  Besides, the money spent on gas would probably make up for the sale.

If you here for the sale, call me and we'll go. If your grand-daughter arrives then that will be way more exciting that any fabric sale.

My momma always said, "You get what you pay for..."  And still, I'm envious.  What is it about a fabric sale?

If you buy flat folds, really look them over.  Those are the rejects from the fabric companies.

nope, she's still incubating. sam's business in seattle needs tending to. he has to figure out how to wind it down and keep the bank at bay while he does it.

Yes Judy, it was a zoo, but I brought home LOTS of treasures. Here's some pics!

My DD looking through the stash, discovering all the fimo/sculpty clay I found for her.

I had restraint, I only bought 12 of their 3,000 bolts

4 quilting books at 50c each. If I'd realized how cheap they were I would have bought several more.

And all the pre-cuts, yard cuts, FQ bundles, etc. Many of these ended up being $1 yard.

Super good deals, but I waited in line for a LONG time to pay and I sure was tired when I got home.
