I won a $10 gift certificate through FabShopHop from All About Quilts. I used it to buy a fabric panel for practicing free motion quilting. It just arrived today. It's about a yard square and pre-printed with various feather and pedal  designs. I'm anxious to give it a try. I think I will do it in red thread.

Has anyone else used one of these panels? I also got the CD Skillbuilder Mastery but haven't looked at it yet.

I've given one as a gift. Not sure if the recipient ever used it.

Yes, Judy, which shop did you get if from?  I'd like to have a couple of them, maybe more, to hone my FMQ on the domestic.  I wonder if they'd help me on the mid-arm and frame...that seems to be my biggest problem.
