Kirbyl, I love Warm and Natural. I wait til hobby lobby has the 40% coupon and free shipping then I order 10 yards at a time. I love the way it washes up in a quilt. It never bunches, very easy to quilt on. Just my opinion as I have only been quilting on the long arm about 2 years.

When I was doing midarm quilting I used both Warm & Natural and Quilter's Dream.   I really like Quilter's Dream best.   But they are both nice battings.

Quilters Dream is my favorite but sometimes I'll use whatever Joann Fabric has on sale. As far as where I purchase it,  I watch online to see who has sales.

Carol

You sound like me.  Quilter's Dream is my fav.   I even like their Dream Green made from recycled bottles.  It feels like fleece and stitches and washes beautifully.   But I tend to buy alot of batting from JoAnn's when they have their big sales.,

i think batting choice depends on the finished look you want.

Pellon's Legacy 80/20 blend is my standard batting.

I always use Warm and Natural, but I did use a bamboo batting once that worked really nicely and washed up good, too.  I just haven't seen it in JoAnn's recently and my local LQS doesn't have it either.  I've never tried Quilter's Dream, guess I'm going to have to try it soon.
