I have been locked out of my Premium QCA account for almost two weeks. It has been awful and frustrating. I finally found a phone number to call and they said that in the past hour they had just found out that if you upgraded to the newest version of Internet Explorer it would not let the QCA website through! Unbelievable, I downloaded Foxfire as my browser and have no more problems. Thought if someone else was having this problem, this might help them.
