I've been looking at Janome 6600P but i'm used to my pfaff with rotary bobbin rather than the drop in. Those of you that have the machine What do you think of it? Haven't yet decided if I want a better emmbroidery machine.

EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
A good friend of mine bought a 6600 recently and loves it. I bought a Bernina 640 (without the embroidery arm) and absolutely love the features for quilting. I especially like the half-stitch I'm able to do with the foot control. I keep the needle/up down on when I'm piecing but every once in awhile I need the needle to stop in the opposite place from what I set it, and the foot control does this for me with a simple tap of my foot. Plus it's got tons and tons of stitches.
I have an SWF 1501 to use as my embroidery machine, which is why I didn't buy the embroidery arm with my Bernina. I've had it 8 years now and absolutely love my Bernina 640.
I thought I'd miss my bobbin underneath but I'm seeing the benefit to the drop in. Now I'm thinking about getting the echo foot.
