Does anyone own the Hemline rolling sewing tote?
Joann's has a 3 piece set on sale for 149.99. Is this a good price?
I have only seen two other brands of sewing machine totes sold by someone other than the sewing machine company, the other is Blue Fig

I got a new rolling tote for my Bernina830 for Christmas! It's from www.Tutto.com. (I went to a workshop in early November and about 70% of the people there had these rolling totes from Tutto.)
I'm very happy with the case - it rolls easily, can be folded up for storage when not in use and is very sturdy. Best of all, I feel my machine is safe and secure inside this case.

Wow a 830 what a lucky lady you are... How do you like it? I can understand from looking on the Tutto site why you feel secure with the 830 being in that case.

A friend of mine has one of these cases and really likes it. Now I wouldn't take it on a plane but for general use it is a good case.

What kind of case would you use if you are traveling?

It depends on what kind of traveling you mean...plane or car.
I would never put my 830 on a plane! It would have to be checked (too big to qualify as a carry-on)and I would NEVER trust it in baggage under any circumstances...with any case! None of them are totally secure, and that machine is way too valuable. Most of the gals who travel by air to Retreats, borrow a machine from someone who is traveling by car.
I am fine with the Tutto case traveling in my car (and I have to take my car down a mile of bumpy, gravel road just to get to the highway). I needed the case for traveling (by car) to LQS sewing days, group get-togethers, retreats, workshops, etc. Before that, I was strapping it into the seat-belts in the back-seat...LOL!
I agree don't take that machine on a plane. Too many things get lost or damaged.

I decided to purchase this set. I couldn't find it any cheaper. I was able to use a 15% off Joann's code, including shipping and taxes I paid $154.00.
Now if I can find a used Hoop it all Quilter's Square for my Bernina 180 my list will be almost complete.
Thanks for all the responses.
They make steel sided cases with extra foam padding to use for air travel. I still wouldn't take my machine on a plane though.
