Good morning! I have made several quilts but have not played around with transferring pictures or designs onto a block to be incorporated into the quilt. I have a new project in mind where I have designed blocks to resemble window panes. "Inside" the window panes I am then going to applique hearts and personal wording such as song lyrics or the couple's names and wedding date. (This is a wedding quilt gift)
What is the best way/product to transfer the song lyrics and wording to a plain white cotton block? I do not embroider and am looking for a permanent transfer that will not require something such as embroidery to be done afterward.
