I'm putting ingredients for chili in the crockpot so it can cook while I'm at my quilt group, then I'll throw potatoes in to bake when I get home. we're having birthday cake tonight too, for me and my DS.

I made a veggie soup and roasted veggies for dinner.  Will cook a turkey sausage link and put it into my soup portion.  I've been eating a lot of veggies and fruits.  I know I need to add more protein to my meals.

Happy Birthday Jacy and to your DS.

My grandson and I have the same birthday. We call each other and sing Happy Birthday to us.

What's for dinner? I don't know...still looking for a free cook. No one has volunteered for the job yet. Since I have a sinus infection and sore throat again, it will be whatever is cold and goes down easy....yogurt, or maybe I'll try something hot like oatmeal.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes.  And yes Sukochi, you were right, not much was left.  Today I have to make something yummy for Valentines Day dessert, I'm thinking a GIANT heart shaped cookie, then they can break off pieces and share.

IS

I like to roll my chicken breast in parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and bake them.  Really yummy.    I also will make a breading using crushed corn flakes and seasonings of choice and bake them.

Thanks Nana I'm gonna try that way.  Do you fry first then bake?

Everyone will laugh at this one, everyone feeling icky in my house and I'm cooking dinner as no hospital tonight.  Got spaghetti  veal parmigana which i've never made so called sil she said she doesn't fry her prebreaded veal so mine is cooking at 450 i'm guessing a half hour  and garlic bread salad.
