We have several new members who may not know about our retreats. Information on them can be found in the Retreat Group. (which may be listed on the second page of groups. )
These are retreats the members themselves started putting together. Consequently they are much less expensive than most retreats you see advertised, where the sponsors are trying to make a profit. But we have a lot of fun, and learn a lot from other members who have some expertise to share.
These are the upcoming retreats listed in the discussions in the retreat group:
March 2-8, Branson Missouri
April 21-26 in Leavenworth, Washington
June 19-22, the second annual Amish country retreat in Millersberg, Ohio.
Sept. 9-15 at Walnut Place (in Des Moines, Iowa?)
Oct. 13-18 at Beachcomber's Haven at Gleneden Beach, near Lincoln City, Oregon.
come check it out. Many have openings, and some are "full" but will have waiting lists. This far in advance, it is hard to predict what may happen, and many times those who were first put on a waiting list later moved up to the confirmed list.

What have the Smonky Mountain gals closed up and how about Virginia Beach?
Sukochi ,Virgina Beach will be alternated with the Branson retreat..Nana and I want to be able to accomdate all members so we decided to do it this way. Barbara
There are still a couple openings for the Amish retreat in June.
I'm having difficulty finding the Retreat group. It doesn't seem to appear when I go to "all groups." Any suggestions as to what I'm doing wrong? It makes me wonder what else I'm missing. LOL

Maggie,when You go to groups go to bottom of the page ,there you will find a listing for a F&P groups click on this and it sould be on the second page of the listings. ALl groups just likst a few of them ...Barbara
I sent a pm to Mary to see if the Smoky Moutain Retreat will be repeated this year, but she is too silent again. I worry about her. Prays and (((HUGS))) to you Mary.

The last I heard (at the Fabulous Fall Fiber Frenzy) it was still scheduled for the last full week of June. Just my two cents. Hope Mary is doing okay.

It will take you to all of them, just scroll down the list on the first page and there will be a link to the 2nd page.
