Hi, fellowor sister quilters, I am Anna Joffrion from Houston, TX. I began quilting 1980. I was living in Topeka, Kansas, at the time; Topeka is hot-bed of quilters. My first mini-quilt was an Amish striped purple and navy. I quilted this quilt,because of its very small size, 3 ft. by 5 ft. It looked great to me. Since that inreoduction, I have lived in Baton Rouge, LA., and Houston, TX. There are quilters everywhere I have lived. My son has a queen-size quilt for his bed, and now he wants another quilt like a French braid. He is to tell me his colors after I finish a throw for me. Quilters are great people!

By the way what is the name of the gadget used to compare fabrics that work together. You use this gadget to look through, similar to a kind of glass gadget. the user gets an idea of how these fabrics will look from a distance.
