The "Northwest Quilt, Craft and Sewing Festival" at the Puyallup Fairgrounds, Puyallup, Washington is on for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, November 15, 16 and 17, 2012.

It was really good last year.  I am going to try to make it this year.

Is anyone else planning to go?

Quiltless, from recommendations I have received I would rather attend the Sew Expo in Feb/March.  I believe it tends to be more "quilt specific" with lots of name quilt personalities giving shows and demos.  I tried to put the sew expo url in, but my message got pulled for review.  If you google:  "Sew Expo Puyallup" you should get it! Take a look...

I did look it up, Donna.  The Sew Expo looks very good too.

Maybe it doesn't have to be one or the other -- maybe both.

Sigh, not from Winthrop.  Right now, we are "frantically" scurrying aroud trying to get all the outside chores done before the snow flies...and it is getting nearer.  I can actually see it snowing up valley right now!  Not that this storm will give us very much snow, but it will cool the ground down and the next storm the snow will stick a little long, the next a little longer, until finally we have 2 + feet on the ground for the duration of the winter.

For me, it has to be one show or the other...    From November through March, we don't get to the west side of Washington very often.

Driving the mountain roads in the winter can be very stressful.  I hear you on that one for sure.
