I joined the fabric swap group and tried to post a swap idea and it said I didn't have permission. Can anyone tell me why??

Teresa, You need to put your idea in the swap ideas and if we have enough intrest I will open a thread for you . We love new ideas so please let us know ..Barbara

Barbara, it's not letting me post anything unless I hit reply and that just lets me reply to whomevers post I hit reply on....am I making sense? I dunno what I am doing wrong. Getting around on here is such a challenge for me right now.
