My name is Kathy and I am new to the forum pages. Actually, I have read for awhile but could not figure out how to post. I can work any sewing machine but I can not navigate web sites.
I am from Wisconsin and have been sewing for a lot of years and quilting for 12.

Hi Kathy! I am writing this from your beautiful state. I'm in a motel in Madison waiting for the Quilt Expo to open tomorrow morning. Will you be there?

Welcome to QCA. I hope you enjoy your time with us and drop in and chat frequently. I agree that it is alot harder to figure out websites than sewing machines.

EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
Thanks all for the wonderful welcomes. Now a little about me: I learned to sew at age 10 and learned quilting in 2000 from my mother just a few years before her passing.
I deliver mail during the day and sew in the evening and on the weekends.
I have a wonderfully supportive husband, 3 daughters, 2 step-sons and 8 grandchildren I love to make quilts for.
I am in the process of starting a home based business making and selling my quilts. My specialty is a Baptism quilt.
I love to interact with people so I will be around here often.
(now i have to figure out how to put one of those fancy signatures on here)
Welcome Kathy,
