So sorry for e eryone who has to deal with fires . It is extremely dry here too and people with wells have to be careful not to run their well dry. We haven't had a good rain for about six weeks. I wish you all rain and cooler temps to get those fires under control.

Well all I finally finished my quilt , I'm very pleased with the results. My quilting went well ,I did a variety of quilting on this one, some SITD , some diamonds , curves and a couple of leaves stems and some stippling. I put a label on the back with my name and the name of the gal who designed the center . Gini the back is some of the fabric I got in Branson from those bolts you found for me. it worked out real well for this quilt .
This is one of the Leave stems I did the other one is on the other green strip
sorry this came out yellow ,I want you to see the quilting
EAT!! SLEEP !! QUILT!!
Barbara--that turned out really great! I love it!
Linda--I love how you put our Amish blocks together. I just got Lynda's in the mail yesterday. I was so late getting home that I didn't even open the envelope yet. But I will tonight.
Everyone is being so productive--I feel like such a slackard. I am determined to get Charmaine's border done this weekend, in spite of my wrist hurting. We'll see how it goes at therapy & the doc tonight. It is getting better, though.
Beautiful work, Barbara. I hope it wins the prize for you. Ginny

Thanks Gini, the shop owner told me ,"You know you can't have this Back" she was teasing, but since her shops name is ,And Sew Bee It I think she wanted to keep it ...
I can't show all I haver been working on, but here are two things I made. I am having so much fun using up material from quilts . this is a remote and bookbedside carrier I made for my DMIL, is goes under the mattress and hangs down. The second is a scrap bag I made for retreats.
Everyone has been so busy and making such beautiful things.
