Donna:

MNnancy and all here are pics of the mini runner as promised. It is so cute.

That's adorable. Love the colors and how you fussy cut the center flowers. Very nice.

I'm working on a quilt today. The border actually. It's for the quilt top I've finished from the fall charm swap. I'm making 216 HST blocks (sewing together 432 HST's) for the Entwined border that someone posted.

I keep telling myself, "you are NOT crazy, you are NOT crazy". But it's going together well so I'm excited to see the finished result.

Anyway, that's what I'm doing today. Here's a picture of a sample strip I made. It's 24 x 6-1/2".  The quilt will be nearly 100 x 100 when finished. I actually thought of fussy cutting the brown floral but common sense and lack of enough fabric prevailed. It would have looked really cool though.

donna, your mini runner is darling

judy,   you may be crazy,  but i don't think that has anything to do with the quilting, this is what keeps us sane.  a complicated quilt border must be the sign of an interesting and complicated mind,   i bet that's what keep george on his toes.

I'm not sure about interesting but George will definitely tell you I'm complicated! LOL. And you are so right, it does keep him on his toes.

Judy - I think you keep most people on their toes - and I love Quiltzilla...lol

I did work on a quilt the last few days - I am working diligently on my Snowmen A-Z - down to the last 3 blocks - TUV is almost done and then I have W and then XYZ and I'll be squaring them up and sewing them together - have to get my feather stitch refreshed...lol

It is fun to be so close to working on Sew Spooky though - keeps me motivated...lol
