Enjoyed reading about everyone's projects. And Joe, that is a lovely quilt -- such soft colours. I'm working on a mystery on another site. I'm only two weeks behind on this one so I know how it turns out, but it's a lovely design. I hope to have enough of it together this afternoon and will post a pic at that time.
I'm trying to limit my time on quilting forums as I enjoy reading so much I don't get much done on my own projects. I also have the Bonnie Hunter Easy Street to finish up -- I think I'm on step 3 -- waaay behind! But I'm determined to finish it since I actually purchased fabric for that one.
Joe, love your quilt, very pretty

I am off for my day long class with Bonnie Hunter. We will be working on her quilt called "Sisters Choice" , Looking forward to a great day of quilting..
Belfrybat, not that I need another project, but tell us the site. I do love a mystery quilt.
I've been working on a Flower Windows quilt. My big accomplishment is not quilting but coming up for a solution to have a decent sized design board again. This is the featured wall hanging that graces the wall/doorway area between living room and kitchen.
Now, when needed this same space can accommodate my design board. When not in use it stores easily, rod in the closet and flannel tablecloth on shelf. Currently it is displaying the leftover blocks from my Flower Windows quilt.
I sewed baby quilt top yesterday and it went to gether sew fast ifeel like I cheated but now I've got the hard part of figuring out how I'm going to quilt it that always takes me the longest because I always have the fear that I'll ruin the quilt I want to try fmq on it just not sure if I should styple whole thing or do designs per block.

Agnes, your Flower Windows quilt is beautiful! I love the fabrics, so pretty.
Is, could you post a pic?
Agnes, love your quilt, and i like your design wall idea
I'm enjoying seeing and reading about all of your projects. So far I've kept my word to myself. No new projects. Except promises.
Promise Three: A wall hanging 3' x 3' of horse show ribbons for my oldest daughter. Yesterday, I took all of the rosettes off of more than 30 ribbons all different colors and saved all of the ribbon tails. Sorted them into colors, cut the backing and batting. I plan to make log cabin blocks. The width of the ribbons are different so the log cabin will be a challenge. The easy part will be hot gluing the rosettes on the center of the blocks. Or maybe on the corners of the blocks. Who knows.

http://www.quiltingboard.com/blocks-month-week-f9/stash-buster-scrappy-mystery-quilt-mini-train-ride-t209515.html This was a very short one since the coordinator was leaving on vacation. It normally would have been done in 5 steps. I'll be back in a bit and give you the post # with the other two clues.
She posts her clues each Saturday. 12/29 -- Post 1, clue 1; 1/05 Post 351, clue 2; 1/12 Post 634, clue 3. We are now on our own to finish up before she gets back at the end of the month.
