Barbara, your quilt looks better and better each time you post a pic.  Can't wait to see what you choose for the final border and binding.

Wish EQ7 were compatible with Mac.  When I need something figured out I ask Kris and she's always been there to answer.  Thanks Kris.

You are welcome-Judi.

I envy you being at the coast today- it is one of the most beautiful days God has created!  Azure blue skies- clear and crisp- apples falling to the ground everywhere; plums are littering our street and the blackberries are as big as a man's thumb!

Hope it is as calm at the coast as it is here ...Beam us some pics soon.....Pam

Dunno. Do you like playing with the computer for hours on end? (LOL)  Do you like changing patterns to make them your own?  if so it might be a benefit. I love anything Techno or gadgets even though I don't understand most of it.

Ramona:
I like your take on the Lewis and Clark quilt. I have yet to finish mine.

Ramona, I have the Lewis and Clark quilt top completed but not quilted.  I'm having trouble with a desire to finish it - I think I just don't care for the fabrics in it (mainly background and block frames).  Maybe I'll make myself quilt it one day and then probably find someone to give it to!

Marge (AKA Dimples):
If one or both of these don't take a ribbon, I will wonder about those judges

I hope you are right about them getting ribbons.  I'll let you know what they decide on them.

Well, I am a retired computer programmer, so yes I play with computers for hours on end.  Never thought about changing the patterns other than the fabrics, but that does sound like fun.

I have been working all weekend on this one and this is my best try at mitered corners.  I just need to get some backing and I can have it done in no time.  I have a great all over quilt pattern picked out.  no fussy block by block for this one.

Vivian beautiful quilt!

I'm working on several quilts at a time this weekend. I put all our Amish exchange blocks together and finally decided what kind of border I'm puting on it, I've also been several days cuting out a quilt for my friend Jan who picked out a quilt from the 1920's. Few instructions so you best know how to quilt. I've run out of 3 fabrics already. So I'm back to the computer searching for fabric since Hancock of Paducah has canceled that line. I did find one of them and one that is similar enough. Still looking for 1 more.

Then some one send me photos of quilts and banners that I'd forgotten about. I thought I'd never see those first couple quilts I'd ever made. I'll be posting them shortly.

Have a great quilty day. Hugs
