Welcome Karen. Olfa, makes a circle cutter that I use, it works great
hello to you, too karen, welcome to the group. what size of circles are you wanting to cut? there is no secret. anything smaller than 8 inches i cut on a sandpaper clipboard that i made. it holds the fabric while you draw the circles on. i have a pressed board clipboard and use elmer's glue to stick down some med. fine grit sandpaper. we have an applique group here and would love for you to come on over and see what we're doing there.

Hi Karen and Welcome. Hope you enjoy your time with us. I have a Professional Combo Circle template that let's me draw circles from smaller than I could ever possible use up to 2 1/4 in. I got it at one of the office supply stores in the drafting dept. It really helps make a nice circle.
