Thanks Pat. I have bins and piles of STUFF with no organization. I keep intending to do...something. Now I'm focused and will set one of my bins of STUFF beside my chair and cut them into tidy strips at least 2-1/2"  wide.  I have a lap cutting mat I can use and will slice, dice and organize this week while watching the finale's of some of my favorite TV shows.
