Marlene,

This one is all your fault since you posted your unique piece of fabric, I thought it would only be fair if we all looked into our stash to see what unique pieces of fabric we have, well heres mine although in my defence these came from equilter.com as part of one of their bargain bundles

where on earth am i going to use this?

All this reminds me of is Chicken Wire, im thinking maybe i could have my own brand of Chicken Wire fabric underwear at least it would be different.

And this one just proves Marlene that i have a piece just like yours. Now the question is can any one come up with fabric that is more unique .

lots of love

Francesxx

Frances:

Wow!  I don't even have to go look at my stash.  I KNOW I don't have anything this unique.  Don't you dare stack 'n whack this one!

(Oh, and the middle fabric is chicken wire.  I have a friend who collects chicken fabric, and she has this "wire" fabric in lots of colors along with her roosters, chicks, eggs, etc.)

I absolutely certain I don't have anything like that, I have bugs, lizards and sharks, but (oh my) you definitely win lOL

BTW,  that looks more like a close up of corn or some other grain that chicken wire.

WooHoo Frances

I really like that first one.  Definitely not a candidate for Stack n Whack.   I love the second piece....I can see lots of landscape uses for that one.   Now that last one....oh my heavens what were they thinking.   I definitely don't have anything that will come close to your first fabric.  I would have to frame that one.

frances, when my cousin got married, she had a hawaiian theme.   i got some tropical fabric with scantily clad girls, cut out the bikini girls and appliqued them to   aprons for sam and i ,  we were the cooks and servers  for the reception.    they were a big hit.   i can see tea towels. wouldn't that be a hoot for folks to walk into your bathroom and have these guys to wipe their hands on .

Gini, that bath towels are a great idea!  what a hoot that would be!

I wonder if there's a Chippendale's charity that we could make a quilt for....? Betcha that'd bring in a load of cash.

The Fruit Ladies are about as risque as I have in my stash. This fabric makes me giggle every time I see it.  I just love looking at it and applying each fruit lady to a gal I know. I know which one is me!

I LOVE the fruit ladies. They just make me laugh.  The one looks like chicken wire is pebbles, looks to me like. Isn't the bright colored horses is that Laurel Burch Horses? The firemen, well......I am speechless!!

Frances,

your fabrics are great. That top one if from Alexander Henry. Lots of that theme from this designer. It would work well in a "Just Can't Cut it" pattern. Who knows where those body parts would end up in a stack and whack.

Is the third one from Laurel Burch? I have socks like that.

Thanks for sharing.

Oh my!  I actually have a friend who paid GOOD money for the top fabric!  lol  She made luggage tags out of it.  Needless to say, her luggage gets quite a few looks, but never gets lost!  haha
