Mary,

You've been busy, busy, busy! Great job getting so much done and I really like Autumn colors. Now you're that much ahead in the year.

Sukochi,

What a touching story. I know she'll appreciate this token quilt and keep it to tell her story for years to come.

Susie,

The blue sounds good in the first quilt but you'd probably want to use a lighter blue tonal.  If the blue is too dark I'm thinking it won't show up well with the black around it.  Each one of your blocks have blue in them. By the way, where did you get those car blocks? Those are really neat.  That's going to be a great quilt. I had also thought of yellow but that might be too strong depending on the shade of yellow. The sashing in your second quilt is really nice. Looks perfect with your red blocks.  Oh, and who belongs to those little piggies showing in the second picture? LOL

Judy,

That's such a great quilt for TY. That smile on his face certainly says how much he loves it. He'll wrap up in that every night for sure.

Rachel, that is a great idea, the grands handprint in the quilt blocks.. I want to see how it will turn out.

Jacy:

I worked on my row quilt today. Still not done but getting close. Maybe a few more hyacinth's and a butterfly or little bee.

My ironing board is not quite big enough!

Jacy, this is lovely!  You did a beautiful job on it.
