Well my handpiecing might start with this storm here if our power goes out lol. I was in middle of setting up sewing space and fabric supplies when the storm watch said it was hitting our lovely garden state of NJ.

Carey, Hope you have fun if you do start hand piecing - I agree it is more accurate - just takes a much longer time! If you want quickness this is not the way to go but the most fullfilling. I have made several hand pieced and hand quilted quilts. Good luck with your power.
