This is the 2nd quilt that I made from a kit I bought after seeing the quilt in the Quilter's World magazine.  I have one more that I want to make - there was no kit for it so I bought the material - it arrived yetsterday but has to wait till i get some other things done.

I think this quilt is really cute and will do nicely with my Snowmen collection.

I collect snowmen and decorate my house at Christmas with them... My DH gets over run!

Althea, my MQ is snowmen print, Talk about going to be, i've already been. This time change has messed me up. Went to bed at 8 back up at 11:30, plus DH was flopping around like a fish out of water. LOL

I am so sorry - my friend Janie and I both have troubles sleeping and she sews clothes and I sew quilts sometime in the wee hours of the morning - we converse and have a pj party long distance with our machines a whirling.

I hope you can get back to sleep - I am getting ready to take my zanaflex - it knocks me out - and I hope to sleep well... don't forget to fall back tonight on the clocks...at least I think it is tonight - the TV hasn't changed times yet - but thought I heard on the radio that it was tonight.

Althea--

This may well be the cutest snowman quilt you've posted yet.  I really love how the bright blue pops out.  The whole thing is so homey!  Love it!

Thea,

this was one of my favs from the magazine. It looks great. You're on a roll.

I'm in my sewing room trying to get myself to sew something, anything. I have to go in to work (2 patients waiting). I hope to get going when I get back.

Not even remotely sleepy so I'll most likely be up the rest of the day.

Kris - I hope we can get you jump started back into the quiting room - it does help with melancholy...keeps me going... the outside world is out there but I can't enjoy it as much as I would like to.  I'll try and keep you uplifted - a joke a day!

Carol - thank you so much - I love the snowman quilts and this one was very cheerful.

Nana - I agree with you  - the designed some fabulous fabrics for this quilt - another snowman panel - amazing what we are able to do with panels today - I love them - and this one is so bright and cheerful - was a happy day when I was sewing on it and looking at the pretty snowmen.
