cannot find a tab to renew membership
that was tricky, there was no tab for renewing. i just kept clicking on things until i found something that worked.

Go to your home page and click on my account it will say renew in the upper right hand

well, leslie, i wish i had asked you first. i clicked on buttons for half an hour.
yikes! that's not good gini. typically when your membership expires, your "member benefits box" on the homepage turns into a big RENEW button, as well. but i'm guessing you were trying to renew before it actually expired. we'll make sure this is more clearly explained in our faqs. thanks for commenting, everyone.
