I just Join as a Premium Member on 10-16  I am NOT impressed at all. I log in to QNNTV  select a video, click on it, Than get the Preview Page , and look in the upper right hand corner and it states- LOG IN !!!

I've watch two video's since the 16th.!!! I spend more time trying to get QNNTV to work. Very Disappointing, Kind of sorry I spent the money to join Quilters club.

Did you follow these directions to activate your id?  http://www.quiltersclubofamerica.com/blogs/specialoffersdiscountsformembersonly/archive/2009/05/11/free-1-year-membership-at-qnntv-com.aspx

I checked the site and it is up and working fine.

There is probably a number to call as well if it doesn't work for you.

bonhill, welcome to the group.  i'm sorry you're having a tough time getting to the programs.   i have to log into QNN everytime i visit it.   the two sites QCA and QNN are not the same site, they are sister sites.   by joining QCA, you get free access to QNN.  with time the process will get easier.  you will just click automatically in the right places.

Gini, it is not having to log in. What she means, is after you log in, go to the video you want to watch, and you have somehow been logged out. I've been getting the same results and I feel just like she does. If you can finally watch a video, when it is over and you move on to a new video you are logged out again! You have to log back in and then find your video again and hope like blank you won't be logged back out of qnntv. At this point I am just hoping the magazine is going to be worth the membership price.

I had trouble as well getting on to QNNTV from the QCA website.  I just type in QNNTV.com and go directly to their website for login.  Have not had any trouble that way.  Their system is slightly confusing, but I am able to get on.

Penny, I am like you, I never click on the link from QCA - I have QNN bookmarked on my "Favorites" and go directly in.  I too always log in but have never had a problem a being logged out.  Guess I am one of the lucky ones

I had same problem at beginning.. admin changed my username and then it was better but I must sign in directly to QNN every time. I think in this day and age they could make this easier. But.....

I think you will find that along with getting through the learning curve, there are a lot of great things about this club. QCA is a separate web site as Fons and Porter , Qulty, Quilting with Patric, Quilt out loud and several others. You will need to sign in to any of them each time. I too complained that if I was a club member then why did I have to go through the sign in process each time on every page. the answer is above.. different sites. You simply must go visit some of the articles and download  a pattern or s I hope you will be OK with the membership for many years to come.

This is what I have done, also.  I still login, but it is lot easier than clicking on the link from QCA.

yes, it can be frustrating til you figure out the system, but well worth it once you do.  We have a lot of fun here and learn a lot from each other.  If something is not working, or you have a question, someone here will know the answer or be able to tell you who does.  Administration is very helpful as well.

It is important to make comments about the confusion and difficulties, so that better solutions can be found.   Your input is valuable.

This is velma.  I joined Quilters club last year.  I had the same problem.  Called and it was supposed to be fixed.  Continued to do the same thing.  Renuewed again this Oct 27 and am having same problem.  About nine times out of ten it don't work.  Love the web site but it is disgusting when it don't work.  Velma

I joined in September and have the same problem. I too, bookmarked the site, since going from QCA gets you to a page for previews and though you can eventually get to the full length videos', it is difficult and not exactly clear. To avoid this, I go directly to QNN and log in from there and go to Browse at the top of the page and view videos' that way.
