Here is a quilt I made using machine embroidery. This was for a friends retirement, the embroideries are of some of the places we have traveled to.
Very pretty Paddie Lea. You should post the picture in Show and Tell.

What a great idea (& design) for your quilt! Do you have a separate embroidery machine? I'm trying to figure out whether I want to go with 2 machines or 1 that will do both (althought I've never done any machine embroidery - I'm drooling here!)
Hi Sheila
I have an embroidery machine that does both, but I use it for only embroidery. Definately go with 2 machines. I have done several themed quilts for gifts, wedding, graduation, ancestry, wildlife, birds, sports, T-shirt, and for kids. I do quilt as you go, and they are reversible. Any help I can give you let me know. Here is the back.

Woo-Hoo!! I'm so glad you said to go with 2 machines - it's a great excuse to buy 2 and I don't have to agonize over it!!
I'm pretty new to quilting but, I'm definitely wanting to learn the quilt as you go method. Thanks, PaddieLea!
